Current operating baseline.

DIGITO publishes public pages, source-backed insights, browser-based tools, and links to selected external tools. Sebastian Becerra also provides a fixed-price website build with an agreed scope. The public site does not currently offer user accounts, saved projects, or a general project-file upload system.

Payments and information you provide.

DIGITO services are billed by invoice using Stripe. Available payment methods are shown on the invoice payment page. Stripe processes invoice payments under its own terms and privacy policy. Stripe may provide DIGITO with transaction-record information such as payer name or contact information, transaction identifier, amount, currency, and payment status. DIGITO does not receive your full card or bank-account details.

If you contact DIGITO through the DIGITO LinkedIn page, LinkedIn processes the message under its own terms. DIGITO uses the message content to respond and, when appropriate, to discuss or scope a project.

The contact form sends your name, email, business, optional website, and request to DIGITO through its website host and Google Apps Script. Requests are saved in a private Google spreadsheet before a notification is sent to the business inbox. DIGITO uses these details to reply, prepare the writeup or scope, and keep track of the next step.

A request identifier helps prevent duplicate submissions. A limited source label and landing page help identify how you found DIGITO. Security checks use a temporary, hashed network identifier to limit repeated requests. Form contents are kept out of website analytics. Keep passwords, customer records, and payment details out of the form.

Site analytics and tool interactions.

Job Cost Calculator values and results stay in page memory and clear on refresh. Saving a summary downloads a text file to your device. Its usage events identify the action and whether an example or entered numbers were used. They do not include the business numbers or calculated results. Workbook and job-sheet download events contain only the resource and file type; completed PDF fields are not sent to DIGITO.

The DIGITO website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic and useful activity. Google Analytics 4 measures page views, guide and tool activity, download requests, and whether an inquiry was started or accepted. A single Google tag sends these events with limited source labels and cleaned page paths. It excludes form contents, calculator inputs, contact details, and private payment records. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this tag configuration. These services may process device, performance, cookie, and interaction information under their own terms.

Vercel Web Analytics also counts page views and a small set of tool events, such as which quote reply was copied or opened in WhatsApp, by trade, situation, and language, and whether a bilingual estimate was printed, copied, or opened in WhatsApp, by trade and language. It does not use cookies. DIGITO sends it cleaned page paths with no query strings, and never the reply text, your sign-off, estimate contents, or any form contents.

Pages of the free AI guide, the WhatsApp Quote Replies tool and its two articles, and the bilingual estimate tool show one banner ad at the bottom, served by Adsterra inside a separate frame. Adsterra and its advertisers may use cookies and device information to show and measure ads under their own terms. DIGITO does not send them form contents, calculator inputs, or contact details, and does not use pop-up or redirect ad formats.

Private business records track inquiry stages and verified payment totals. Views prepared for reporting exclude contact details and messages. Payment records are never sent to Google Analytics. Browser session storage can retain limited source labels and the first landing page; it does not retain form messages or calculator inputs for analytics.

Two tools keep your own details in this browser's local storage for your next visit: the WhatsApp Quote Replies sign-off and review link, and the business name, phone, and license number in the bilingual estimate. They are not sent to DIGITO. Empty the field or clear this site's data in your browser to remove them. Customer details, estimate lines, and prices are not stored.

Hosting, logs, and service providers.

DIGITO is hosted on Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel may process ordinary request metadata such as IP address, browser, device, referring page, timestamp, and requested URL to deliver the site, maintain security, debug errors, and measure reliability.

• Vercel: website and application hosting, request handling, operational logs, and cookieless Web Analytics.
• Stripe: service invoice payment processing and transaction records.
• Google: Google Analytics 4 for site measurement and Sheets for private business records. Google Apps Script, Sheets, and Workspace also handle inquiry storage and business email.
• GitHub and LinkedIn: selected project history, public demos, and the current contact path.

No website, browser, host, payment provider, or project channel can guarantee perfect security or uninterrupted availability.

Business records and client data.

Payment records, messages, and project records may be retained as needed to respond to requests, perform agreed work, document decisions, and maintain business records.

Client names, private details, source files, and project records are not published without permission or sufficient anonymization. DIGITO does not currently sell personal information collected through the public site.

Children, requests, and updates.

DIGITO is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact DIGITO so it can be reviewed.

Privacy questions and requests to access, correct, or delete your inquiry details can be sent through the DIGITO contact page. For payment-record questions, product support, or a refund request, use the support details on your DIGITO invoice or receipt. Include only the receipt and evidence needed to explain the issue; do not send card or bank details. This page may change as DIGITO adds products, payment methods, analytics, or account features.
