Privacy.
This page explains how DIGITO handles public tool inputs, payments, site analytics, project data, and third-party services.
Current operating baseline.
DIGITO publishes public pages, source-backed insights, browser-based tools, paid digital products, and links to selected external tools. DIGITO also provides separately scoped project services. The public site does not currently offer user accounts, saved projects, or a general project-file upload system.
Merchant Sync Check has an indexable product page on the DIGITO website and a separate application. PayPal hosts optional support. Catalog files are selected and processed inside the separate application; they are not uploaded to DIGITO.
Payments and information you provide.
PayPal processes optional support for Merchant Sync Check under its own terms and privacy policy. PayPal may provide DIGITO with transaction-record information such as payer name or contact information, transaction identifier, amount, currency, and payment status. DIGITO does not receive your full card or bank-account details. Support does not unlock product features or change access.
If you contact DIGITO through the DIGITO LinkedIn page, LinkedIn processes the message under its own terms. DIGITO uses the message content to respond and, when appropriate, to discuss or scope a project.
Merchant Sync Check files and results.
Shopify and Merchant Center file contents, normalized catalog rows, comparison results, and exported issue rows stay in browser memory. The product code does not send them to an upload endpoint, catalog database, AI service, or application API. Refreshing the page clears the selected files and comparison workspace.
The application does not store PayPal credentials, support status, transaction details, catalog data, results, or identity in browser storage. Optional support is separate from product access.
Do not use a public browser tool for credentials, payment-card data, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information. For separately scoped client work, use the project channel agreed for that engagement.
Site analytics and tool interactions.
The DIGITO website, including the Merchant Sync Check product page, uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic, reliability, and page performance. DIGITO may also use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager on the website. Those services may process request, device, performance, cookie, and interaction information under their own terms.
The isolated Merchant Sync Check application does not load Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Vercel Web Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, advertising scripts, chat widgets, or remote fonts. Its comparison workflow does not intentionally create post-load network requests. Browser extensions may still make requests outside DIGITO's control.
Hosting, logs, and service providers.
DIGITO is hosted on Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel may process ordinary request metadata such as IP address, browser, device, referring page, timestamp, and requested URL to deliver the site, maintain security, debug errors, and measure reliability.
- Vercel: website and application hosting and request handling, plus analytics and performance measurement on the DIGITO website only.
- PayPal: external payment processing and transaction records.
- Google: optional site measurement through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, plus linked Merchant Center documentation.
- GitHub and LinkedIn: selected project history, public demos, and the current contact path.
No website, browser, host, payment provider, or project channel can guarantee perfect security or uninterrupted availability.
Business records and client data.
Payment records, messages, and project records may be retained as needed to provide purchased access, respond to requests, perform agreed work, document decisions, and maintain business records.
Client names, private details, source files, and project records are not published without permission or sufficient anonymization. DIGITO does not currently sell personal information collected through the public site.
Children, requests, and updates.
DIGITO is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact DIGITO so it can be reviewed.
Privacy questions can be sent through the current DIGITO contact path. For payment-record questions, product support, or a refund request, use the support or resolution path in the PayPal transaction record for the purchase. Include only the receipt and evidence needed to explain the issue; do not send card or bank details. This page may change as DIGITO adds products, payment methods, analytics, or account features.
