Terms.

These terms set the baseline for using DIGITO's public website, tools, paid products, insights, linked resources, and project services.

Acceptance and permitted use.

By using DIGITO, you agree to use the site lawfully and responsibly. You may read, use, and link to public DIGITO pages for personal, research, and business evaluation purposes. Paid-product use is also subject to the license or offer terms shown before purchase.

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape aggressively, bypass a purchase requirement, misuse third-party services, or use DIGITO in a way that violates law or another party's rights.

Tools and decision support.

DIGITO tools and analysis are provided for practical decision support and general information. They are not professional advice and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, timely, uninterrupted, secure, or fit for your specific purpose.

You are responsible for your inputs, assumptions, interpretation, verification, and decisions. The Disclaimer is part of these terms.

Free tools and paid digital products.

A paid product grants only the access or license described on its product page and product-specific terms. It does not automatically include consulting, implementation, source code, resale rights, permanent hosting, every future feature, or support beyond what the offer expressly states.

Merchant Sync Check is free to use during its current early release. Optional PayPal support does not unlock features, change access, or create a paid product license. Separately scoped implementation or catalog-cleanup services still require a written agreement.

PayPal handles checkout under its own terms. Payment questions, disputes, chargebacks, and refund requests may also be subject to PayPal's processes and applicable law. Clearing browser storage does not cancel a purchase or create a refund.

Project services.

Paid service work requires a separate written scope or agreement that defines the work, price, timing, responsibilities, completion criteria, and any other project-specific terms. Buying a digital product or using a public tool does not create a consulting or implementation engagement.

Client information, access, and files move through the project channels agreed for that work. Public proof of client work requires client permission or sufficient anonymization and remains limited to what the evidence supports.

Third-party services.

DIGITO may use or link to third-party payment providers, tools, source repositories, datasets, hosting platforms, documentation, articles, and websites. Current examples include PayPal for payment, Vercel for hosting, Google for selected documentation and analytics, GitHub for selected project history, and LinkedIn for the public contact path.

Those services are controlled by their own operators and may have separate terms, privacy policies, data practices, availability, and fees. Opening, paying through, or submitting information to an external service may subject you to that service's rules even when DIGITO created or linked the underlying product.

Intellectual property and licenses.

DIGITO's site design, writing, structure, software, and original content belong to DIGITO unless otherwise noted. Some linked projects are available through GitHub repositories and may have their own licenses.

You may not present DIGITO content as your own, remove attribution, copy or resell paid software, sublicense access, white-label a paid product, or imply endorsement by DIGITO without permission or an applicable license that expressly allows it.

Availability and changes.

DIGITO may add, change, remove, monetize, pause, or discontinue any page, tool, feature, link, source, paid product, account feature, or service, subject to any specific commitments in an applicable paid offer and applicable law. Content may become outdated, and DIGITO has no obligation to keep every free page or demo current.

Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIGITO is not responsible for losses, damages, claims, missed opportunities, data issues, business outcomes, financial outcomes, or other consequences arising from use of the site, reliance on outputs, third-party services, errors, omissions, interruptions, or inability to access the site or a product. DIGITO does not guarantee uptime, Merchant Center approval, revenue, savings, or another business outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

Contact.

Questions about these terms can be sent through the DIGITO LinkedIn page. For product support, a payment issue, or a refund request, use the support or resolution path in the PayPal transaction record for the purchase. Do not send card or bank details.
