Turn tech notes into a customer update and invoice text

Use it when
The tech just wrapped up. You have their notes and need to tell the customer what was done and bill it clearly.
The instruction
Copy it into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot and fill in the [brackets]. The rules at the end are what stop it from guessing.
From these technician notes, write three things: 1. A short update for the customer about what was done. 2. A plain work description for the invoice. Keep sizes, model numbers and units exactly as written. No prices. 3. For me only: anything uncertain or missing, kept out of 1 and 2. Tech notes: [paste the notes, rough is fine] Rules: use only the facts I give you and my business fact sheet if I shared it. Do not invent prices, warranty terms, diagnoses, code requirements, dates or promises. Mark anything I did not confirm with [brackets] and list it under the draft. Keep it short and friendly, like a local business owner wrote it. Write the draft first, then ask me at most one question.

If something is off
Ask for one change and see the whole draft again.
The price was confirmed at $1,850 and the warranty is 6 years on the tank, 1 year on labor. Add both to the customer update and the invoice. Show me both in full again.
